Meal Two

8 oz. tuna

veggies

Meal Three

6 oz chicken breast with veggies

Meal Four (Pre-workout)

8 oz. round steak

veggies

Meal Five (Post-workout)

7 oz. yams

8 oz. extra lean ground turkey or chicken breast

Meal Six

Two scoops protein powder w sugar free jello (Optional)
